Having experienced working at larger Plc companies and having been disillusioned by the level of service being offered, we formed the Residential Management department at Brickman Yale in 2008.

- Brickman Yale is never closed. We offer a 24 hour emergency line direct to one of our managers, covering all emergency issues.
- We have recently introduced Property websites to increase communication between leaseholders and ourselves.
- We are RICS Regulated, meaning we are governed and audited annually to ensure we are adhering to their rules and regulations.
- Every property has its own interest earning Client account
- Any reserve monies are held in your own high interest earning Client account.
- You are protected by the RICS money protection scheme, which protects leaseholders up to £50,000 per claim.
